Think I’ve answered my own question. I was trying to figure out age but after looking around here I’d guess the are around the 1930s? One question is it normal for the HIATT stamp to be so off center or are these fakes? Thanks for any info you may have

I’d say they are 100% real. Just not stamped well. I know I have a few like that. Ron J

Was I right about the rough age?  All vintages seem to be very similar . I’m guessing because of the curved Hiatt  stamp and the British made stamp.

I’ve been told the British made stamp started around 1930 so yes you’re correct. Ron J

Lol, these came to me by chance, but I can already see how finding and collecting could be addictive!!

The cuffs have an integral clevis , the shape and angles of the bow appear to be 1950-1960 frame/bow style. Steel cuff.
Earlier cuffs had a riveted clevis , which you cuff doesn't.

I never really gave the integral vs. riveted clevis much thought, it didn't stand out to me in the reference materials and sources I've looked at.  Thanks for the insights Ian. Of course this got me running to my relatively few darby patterns to take a look. 

Hi Paul, apart from the integral clevis, the curve of the bow, especially where it angles from the bow to the latch hole end indentifies later models (Hiatt only) . Another detail is the finishing  of the bow. I have done a quick drawing to show what I mean for the  edges of the bow.
