Do You recognize this hallmark?

I have this nice restraint chain, which is hallmarked. Letters are L and F (I think).
Does anyone knows manufacturer?
Probably from 1930´s - 1940´s?

This would be a massive guess, but L and F may be Lowe and Fletcher, but I wasn’t able to find any historical pictures of their logo/emblem. They have also traditionally been lock makers. This is really just a guess though others may know better.
