If you could post images of all of them there are people here who may be able to help. Those in the forefront are Hiatt leg irons. Not sure of the age. Looks like a french pair of cuff behind them in dull silver colour & black. The silver one with the little hole on the top left in the background looks like a 1960's Peerless-Hiatt handcuff.
I do not know of actual valuations but I would say the leg irons and the silver & black coloured cuffs are probably worth the most.
Also if you can details whether they are all fully functional and if they all have keys it might help someone come up with possible values.

They are "modern" in some cuff collectors eyes but they look like 1960's onwards. The HIATT your holding is 80's and the hinged is 90's. The most intresting (to me) is the hiatt peerless hiding in the background. I do like that model of handcuff.
In terms of values - who knows? No really rare items, but eBay prices are hit and miss.
I can hand on heart say you should be able to get £30 a pair minimum.
Take photos of each individual set and put them for sale on eBay. You may get more than you expect.

HIATT Rigid - 25 to 35 (Common)
HIATT Extended Hinge 35 to 50 (nice item)
HIATT Pot metal cuff - 50+ if lucky
HIATT Peerless - 40 to 50 on a good day
The French ones I'm intrigued with myself. They look smart.
