Manufacturer of German Handcuffs help needed!

I have German "Schuzmarke Deutsche Polizei" handcuffs.
On the backside of handcuffs is makers hallmark (see photo).
Any idea of manufacturer?

I have never heard of an actual manufacturer's name for who made these cuffs. In my collection that are just cataloged as Duetsche Polizei Handcuffs.

August Schwartz, Carl Reher, Hagge, at least those three manufactured Deutsche Polizei Handcuffs

The ones I have that are made by Schwartz, are marked with the name. I dont know with the other two? Im sure some of the other guys are more familiar with them than I am.

The engraved horse is highly likely not a manufacturer's mark. It is the coat of arms of Lower Saxony, a federal state of Germany.
