#5Joe the only cuff you asked about that has markings is the top left cuff which is marked;

Think you have a similar cuff? Photo also attached of the Hiatt Side Lock cuff with left hand threaded key and the Spanish Wedge lock cuffs similar to the one Houdini shows in his book.
I think the Legirons that Paul mentions are English there is a very similar pair in the Tower of London dated 1650.
