August Schwarz jammed pawls and missing key

I have a pair of August Schwarz swing beside model in poor condition (eroded aluminium body but most of the steel parts in good condition). Pawls are blocked in the pushed position so the bows rotate freely.
I am not sure if the mechanism is jammed or does this model allows to lock the pawls in the pushed condition. The screw which holds the lock in place is rusted so I was unable to remove it I put also some oil inside but it didn't help.

Can someone provide me with the dimensions of the key for this model (I would like to replicate it)?

Surface rust is the most likley reason, then broken springs, You need to soak the cuffs in your favorite rust buster. Leave it a day and then when you first to to remove the screw, tighten it slightly first before undoing it.

The screws holding the locks are all rusted, no chance to grip them with a screwdriver. Maybe I will use a screw extractor

Any action on this ?

I drilled a little hole, drove a small torx bit into the rusted screw and I removed it this way, still, the lock inside won't budge.
I guess that the rust is holding it - I will try using a torch to loosen it up - I will let you know if I succeeded.
