#3Not a fan of those cheap reproductions. India did make some fantastic ones during WW2 era before India got independence from Britain. I love my pair that have a sort of Sheffield screw mechanism. Only diff is it doesn't have a hollow in the key, it's just the external thread. Until yesterday I had not bought any cuffs in a couple months due to money and lack of availability of anything. I have placed an order for a Darby that I will post on in the forum for help identifying because apparently the cuffs have no manufacturer branding and the key looks very old but I cannot find any similar examples to help me identify.
Those big chunky block repros, I cannot say I have seen those before. I have seen Alkatraz and what not put on the usual Darby repros but never seen those big chunky ones. So many people get fooled by Indian and Pakistan poor quality ones, thinking they must be old because of the crudeness.
