Taken 50 years to find one

The Plug 8 handcuff with lock in the centre has been on my wants list since I saw one in the Hiatt Collection back in 1974
I believe only 2 of these are known unless you have one??

Now that is a real gem and complete with the plug too. Nice find!

The link does not show who is selling these.  The quantity shows there are nine available and the price, if they are real, is quite low.  It does mention Yossie's Handcuff Collection where the picture may have come from.   Too good to be true.
