Hello all, first message from newbie to the Forum.

I am looking for general usage info on these cuffs eg when and where. Obviously Ireland but wondering if there were any other Countries where these were in use. Thanks to Ian McColl for making the keys!

Most likely made by Hiatt for John Ireland and Son of Dublin. Often they come with a black leather case as used by R.I.C.  
I doubt John Ireland would re export these to another country.  My pair are marked British Made.
