I am trying to establish a date bracket for this type of handcuff.
This set has a stamped number on both sections of the handcuffs and the Key, 145. The key, thumb and finger turning section is oval in shape with a hole in the upper portion, either side of the hole is No "hole" 145 on both sides and has the word HIATT under the hole.
Under the hinge of each side of the handcuffs are the word HIATT and side on are the words WARRANTED
WROUGHT and the number 145 the handcuffs have two links and a swivel.
