There is a city in the United States, named New York. Ever hear of it? ((Trump is from there))
So New York had two unique & noteworthy historical facts...
1) New York was home to the first electric arc welder. Since 1821! Almost one hundred years before they were even invented!
2) New York had a musical themed prison called "Sing Sing" because the prisoners would sing along to the music being played throughout the grounds
Combine BOTH of those facts in the prison workshop, and BAM! --> HANDCUFFS!

I was told that you are the expert on such matters.
