#4This has been mentioned before, but a slight variation exists in the thickness of the staple or swivel.
Not quite sure why they would make such a small modification, but it sems to be present in the later years of production.
The above black cuffs are Model 1 with serial number and smooth bow, while the nickel plated one at the bottom is towards the end of its manufacture.
The precursor to the H&R Super 123 cuff is the Finlandian Heteka
Perhaps, Mike can verify the info I have as this is what I could come up with 20 or so years ago.
I believe the original key shown not original to this cuff model or time frame.
