Rare UK handcuffs

These are 3 of my favourite handcuffs!
Plug 8 handcuffs with central lock. Hiatt had one in their collection that disappeared many years ago and there was one in the Museum of Lincolnshire Life that is now in storage. Anyone here know of any others?
Very rare plug solid centre. One in the Museum at Saffron Waldron don’t know of any others do you??
Hiatt figure 8 cuffs with lock at 90 degrees a few these known but my set has a left hand threaded and original key!

Great cuffs Chris. What are your thoughts on the reasoning for the block separating the cuffs on the plug eight. I can see the original shape of the frame of the '8' , so a standard eight have been broken in half and the mid section added. (just noticed that there is no gap thru the block for the two halves to open) Have you been able to handle this cuff?

Very well spotted Ian. I had no idea how they opened until they arrived! Crazy design but looking at the one at the Museum looks like they took the Solid Centre key handcuffs into the Plug Type. You can see the original keyway on them!

Oh that is nice. Thank you for that photo. It's all clear now, and the ward spike on the thread. That cuff is a beauty.
