Can someone help?? Peerless cuffs valuation.

My wife was going through some of her dad's old stuff and found the handcuffs he had used as an officer in the late 40's or early 50's They are peerless clasp cuffs, serial number 113108, with a post in the keyhole and the word 'mass.' not 'ma. They are in pristine condition and in superb working order. Could anyone give me a clue as to their age and/or value as well as where I might get a new set of keys for them??
