Hey fellow collectors,

I'm sure some of you are familiar with the blog at restraintsblog.blogspot.com

I always liked the format of that blog, detailing noteworthy cuffs as they come through eBay or Facebook groups.

Anyway, it seems that site has been neglected since 2023, so I am attempting to make a sort of tribute effort to do the same thing in my own new blog, vintagerestraints.blogspot.com

I just started it, and only have a few posts of items I have recently purchased, but I am going to be adding more, both from my own collection and particularly the most unusual and rare items such as those that we see for sale on eBay or elsewhere.

I hope this forum can get better eventually. The political arguments have no place here.

That is a quote from the A.I. generated eBay description on the cuffs. My post CLEARLY ridiculed this description of "keyless handcuffs "

I give an accurate description of these novelty junk cuffs and then quoted the AI description and bemoaned the fact that sellers don't know what they're selling and now they have automatic AI description which is inaccurate and obviously stupid, yet sounds confident and can mislead new collectors.
