Old Hiatt Lady/Small Sized Darby For Sale

Hello, I have for sale an old pair of Hiatt Darby Cuffs for sale that are rusted & pitted but do work properly. They are approximately 2 3/16 th inches wide by 1 7/8ths inches high internally. They are slightly larger then the KUB Lady Figure 8 Darby when overlayed. Pictures of the cuffs are available for those interested. The price is $80.00 shipped in the USA. Cost to ship Worldwide will be actual postage/insurance less $5.00 toward shipping costs. Payment via PayPal shipped to CONFIRMED Addresses only!!

I converted the given size of the offered cuffs to the metric system and got 56mm X 48mm.

Although Hiatt Darbies of such size are offered from time to time and often referred to as "lady darbies", there also exist some very small Hiatt Darbies measuring only 50mm X 40mm (1.95" X 1.55"), with an inner circumference of 150mm (5.9"). See the picture below.

I have heard that these very small ones have been produced "by order" and there was no big need for many of such small cuffs in that times, so today there are only a handful of them in collector's hands around the world.
Is that true?

I wonder who has a pair of such lady darbies, and which exact size are they? Do even smaller ones exist?

if this is your pair then you are very lucky.

there are several of the bigger "small" type darbies (like the one that was for sale in this thread) in collections, but the pair you show is the smallest darby manufactured by hiatt. this one is extremely rare - the only pair i know of is in yossie´s collection - his pair is plated.
