#1We actually picked up 2 antique cuffs at an estate sale. The others are The Maltby Pat Nov. 12 01 marked on the inside waterbury Conn . They take a round key which I have that works. I would appreciate any info on their value.(tongue in cheek comments may make me spill my coffee again)

The Maltby cuffs are not as rare as the Palmers. However, they are still very collectable. The plating on a Maltby often is a problem and sometimes the lock does not work well.
A very nice pair with good plating and a working lock might go for $250 or so. It would be worth less if it has lost its plating. Much less is the lock does not work.
