A la Russian bottom key handcuffs indentification.

I have found a pair of interesting looking handcuffs: http://mail.google.com/mail/?view=att&d ... 464886cf9a. They look very simmilar to the model form Russia:
But have toothed bows insted of the holes in them, does anyone have any info about them? I was said from the seller on the auction that they were used by the MO but... it's immposible.

Hi Parabellum,
This is only the second pair that I have seen. Mine is identical to these.
Please let me or us know if you have further information on where it was found or what its origin is. I am not sure if I know what the M.O. is, so any help with that would also be appreciated. Did you already purchase these or is it currently at auction?

MO is the shortening of the Milicja Obywatelska, our infamous Polish militia. I don't have them yet but planning to purchase, they are sold without keys. Could you tell my any info about them, do they have a traditional latch or a additionall toothed wheel, what's the diameter of the key?

I've received the response from the seller, he said that they are from the late MO station in Dzier¿oniów, that's a medium city in Lower Silesia in Poland, very close to the city of mine:) But haven't got any info about the Russiness of them, maybe it was some part if "gift" gears for Polish militia from the Russians? We were highly cooperating with the Russians at the past.
