Some pondering the several sets of cuffs I use in the Philippines for work (I live in Calif, thks) One set is blued S&W Mod 90's. The only marking is on one cuff and it is the S&W trademark with the words "trade mark" and reg. us pat. office . The patent info like normal is not there, other cuff is blank. Steel is polished semi nice like a duty revolver, not the high luster of commerical gun. So was this some military contract issue at one time ? What years for this form?
I have a similar set w/o any serial numbers and also think they were from a government run.

I find it interesting that as time carries on, we learn more and more. In more recent times of course we now know this is a military issue model 95. Its fun finding old threads like these!
