Bittco stainless steel police handcuffs question

I didn't want to interfere with the bidding but now that it is over I am wondering if anyone knows anything about Bittco Handcuffs? see:

I am guessing that these are just one of the hundreds of cheep cuffs made in Asia under different names but then I don't know anything. They do not have the shape of Peerless or S&W as the typical copies do. Does anyone out there know about these cuffs?

I only guess, but the fabric under the cuffs has similar printing and pattern like old Czechoslovak camouflage uniforms from the 60s. Very similar camouflage uniforms were used in former Eastern Germany too, the only difference - Czechoslovak camouflage was green, German was more gray. This seems to be similar, but this can be only random...It is possible that similar pattern is also used somewhere in Asia. Those cuffs are not typpical German, but they may come from another state of former Communist empire... But Asian origin seems to be more probable...
