What company makes the tightest fitting hindge cuffs?

Smith and Wesson has a hinged cuff with a wide bow that fits smaller and larger wrist. I am not sure of the modle number but I think its called a universal cuff. These cuffs look like they will get tight on a childs wrist. I find that it is more important for the cuffs to be real close together than to get real tight as most cuffs will get tight on an adults wrist. Haitts are the closets cuffs I have but I am looking for some that are closer together American handcuffs look closer together in pictures. Does anyone know if they actually are closer together or of a brand that are closer? The rigid Canon Flash cuffs look to be real close together also.

and what about Czech prison hinged cuffs? The woman version is also possible to close very tightly. Probably much more than the vast majority of US cuffs.
