Thompson Handcuffs

I have been left a pair of these handcuffs by my grandfather, they are made of cast iron and have three links from each cuff to the centre link. They are marked Thompson and also have the number 1 stamped on one of the cuffs. My question is should I insure them seperately or are they not worth the money?
Any help in this would be most helpfull.

Your handcuffs are nice to have, but they are not very valuable. A nice pair just sold on eBay for less than $100. So I would say a separate insurance policy would not be necessary.
