adams cuffs

While working at the cop shop, an old guy came in with a pair of adams cuffs ju 1867 stamped (i think) they were rusty and had no keys. but the hinges all worked. He said he might sell them to me. What's a fair price?

I think the stamp was 1862 to correct myself. Thanks again in advance.

I wouldn't pay much more than $75.00 for them if they are rusted with no key...that is , of course, a ball-park figure. I would have to see them before I could say for sure. I hope this helps.
