Mean anything ?

I am trying to trace a set of hand cuffs for a relative. He believes they may have belonged to a New South Wales ( Australia ) Mounted Policeman around 1900. The only engraving on them is "11 Jnighut 5's" or similar. Does this mean anything ? Can you shed some light ?
